Please note that these instructions, although using "Hahaha" as a specific real-life example of how to create rules for sending and receiving emails, have a wider and more general application. For instance, you can use the same steps detailed here to setup additional rules for saving email to specific folders.

For Eudora Users click here

Step 1
From the Outlook Mail Window menu, select Tools/Rules Wizard

Step 2
Select 'Check Messages when they arrive'

Step 3
Select specific words in the sender's address.
Click on the underlined words in the bottom window and
enter Hahaha and click OK  (this would be like RE: Virus Detected)

Step 4
In the next window, select 'permanently delete it'

Step 5
Except if from the ihelp group or someone you know.
This step is optional and can be skipped if you don't wanna know !!!

Step 6
Now select ihelp from you email address list  (this would be something you made)

And your next screen will look something like this:

Step 7
Now Give the rule a name (call it Hahaha if you like)

Click on Finish and you're done.
